  • Palm Beach County Sheriff's SWAT team heads towards the mobile home where Juan Antonio Mercado has a knife, refused to surrender and barricaded himself inside his home. Deputies believe he might have a flare gun. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office had evacuated  houses the Lake Worth Village Mobile Home Park. About 40 deputies including SWAT and the sheriff's office bomb squad swarmed the mobile home park on Melaleuca Lane near Greenacres. Deputies found him hiding underneath his bed.
